空气电加热器工作原理、优点及应用介绍

空气电加热器的本质是对腔内气体加热,利用金属在交变磁场中产生涡流而使本身发热的电加热设备;通常用在金属热处理等方面,它的核心加热部件为:电加热管。原理是较厚的金属处于交变磁场中时,会由于电磁感应现象而产生电流。而较厚的金属其产生电流后,电流会在金属内部形成螺旋形的流动路线,这样由于电流流动而产生的热量就都被金属本身吸收了,会导致金属很快升温。空气电加热器主要是用来将所需要的空气流从初始温度加热到所需要的空气温度,最高可达850℃。已被广泛的应用到航空航天、兵器工业、化工工业和高等院校等许多科研生产试验室。特别适合于自动控温和大流量高温联合系统和附件试验,常应用于对安全性能要求较高的行业。
The essence of the air electric heater is to heat the cavity of the cavity, and make use of the metal to produce the eddy in the alternating magnetic field to make itself hot. It is usually used in the heat treatment of metal. The core heating part is the electric heating tube. The principle is that when thicker metals are in alternating magnetic field, they will generate current due to electromagnetic induction. When the thick metal produces the current, the current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, which causes the metal to rise rapidly. The air electric heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, up to 850 degrees Celsius. It is especially suitable for automatic temperature control and large flow high temperature joint system and accessories test, and is often applied to industries with high safety requirements.
空气电加热器优势:

①通过工质连续循环,烟气被冷却,空气加热效果好,毋需耗用蒸汽。空气电加热器循环泵耗功率仅10kW,与烟气中回收热功率相比,比例极小。
Through continuous circulating of working fluids, the flue gas is cooled, and the air heating effect is good without consuming steam. The power consumption of the circulating pump of air electric heater is only 10kW, which is very small compared with the recovered heat power in the flue gas.
②空气加热器系统处于低压运行,介质为热水,温度低。

③提高壁温,减少烟气腐蚀,防止堵灰。毋需设置吹灰器。

⑤空气加热器设置布置方便,毋需改造烟风道。由于空气电加热器热管热动力要求,一般要求加热器所在的风道位置高于烟道。空气电加热器强制循环系统则可按现场条件选择布置位置,不同的位置搭配所造成的管道阻力差异,则由选择合理的空气电加热器循环泵压头来解决。

空气电加热器应用:
Application of air electric heater:
空气加热器的功率是根据风量和温升计算确定的,风量、温升已满足需要的前提下,不宜采用过大的风量、过大的温升,因过大的风量、温升,直接导致加热器的功率过大,增加能耗。过大的风量、温升是没有必要的。要综合考虑,合理设计,确定适当的参数。在使用空气加热器时,仅对电加热器出口的管道进行保温,而对加热器本身的表面不作任何保温处理。对比数据表明,在空气加热器表面上增加保温层可减少能耗5%~10%,长期运行,节省的能耗是非常可观的,应在对管道加装保温层的同时,对空气加热器加装保温层。
The power of the air heater is determined according to the calculation of air volume and temperature rise. Under the premise of the air volume and temperature rise, it is not suitable to use excessive air volume and excessive temperature rise. Because of the excessive air volume and temperature rise, the power of the heater is too large and the energy consumption is increased. There is no need for too much wind and temperature rise. We should consider comprehensively, design rationally and determine the appropriate parameters. When the air heater is used, the pipe of the outlet of the electric heater is only kept warm without any heat treatment on the surface of the heater itself. The contrast data shows that increasing the heat insulation layer on the surface of the air heater can reduce the energy consumption 5%~10%. The energy saving is very considerable in the long run, and the insulation layer should be added to the air heater while adding the insulation layer to the pipe.
