2. 加热器故障检查基本步骤

2. Basic steps for checking heater faults

2.1 打开加热器控制开关，如果开关中间的绿指示灯闪烁一下，则判断为加热器有电；如果指示灯没有闪烁，说明加热器供电电源没有电压，请检查汽车总电源是否打开；加热器开关下的保险或者车内保险盒里保险是否熔断；过渡线束是否插好；如果保险和过渡线束都是好的，且开关后面1号2号端子都有电压，请更换控制器；

2.1 Turn on the heater control switch, if the green light in the middle of the switch flickers, the heater will be judged to be electrified; if the indicator does not flicker, indicating that the heater power supply has no voltage, please check whether the car's total power supply is turned on; whether the safety under the heater switch or the safety in the car's safe box is fused; whether the transition harness is inserted properly; if the insurance and transition harness are not flickered, please check whether the automobile's total power supply is turned on or not All of them are good, and there is voltage at terminal 1 and terminal 2 behind the switch. Please change the controller.

注：更换控制器后，各个插件线束颜色位置一定要按照控制器上标注的颜色，并将插件插到位；

2.2 随后加热器进入自检程序（此时检测开关后面1 号位置或黄色控制电源线有电），如果自检出有故障，则指示灯会一直闪烁故障代码，请按照故障代码表排除故障；若自检没有问题，直接进入预热程序，开关中间绿色指示灯常亮；

2.2 Then the heater enters the self-checking program (at this time, the position of No. 1 behind the switch or the Yellow control power supply line is electrified). If the fault is detected by itself, the indicator will always flicker with the fault code. Please remove the fault according to the fault code table. If there is no problem in the self-checking, enter the preheating program directly, and the green indicator in the middle of the switch will always be on.

2.3 通过目测加热器排气口有小白烟冒出，判断点火塞是否进行预热；如果点火塞没有预热，请先检查点火塞上是否有电压（蓝色线上约10V）；如没有电压则判断为控制器故障，需更换控制器；如有电压则判断为点火塞故障，需更换点火塞；

2.3 To judge whether the ignition plug is preheated by visual measurement of small white smoke coming out of the heater exhaust port; if the ignition plug is not preheated, please check whether there is a voltage on the ignition plug (about 10V on the blue line); if there is no voltage, the controller should be replaced; if there is a voltage, the ignition plug should be replaced;

注：加热器开机自检程序，可以检出点火塞两种故障，一种是点火塞积碳过多，会造成加热器自检点火塞电流大，开关指示灯会闪码10011；另一种是加热器自检点火塞断路，开关指示灯会闪码10010，需更换点火塞，更换点火塞后，必须将防尘橡胶帽塞紧；

Note: Two faults of ignition plug can be detected in the self-checking procedure of heater startup. One is that the excessive carbon deposit in the ignition plug will cause the current of the self-checking ignition plug of heater to be high, and the switch indicator will flash code 10011; the other is that the self-checking ignition plug of heater will break, and the switch indicator will flash code 10010. The ignition plug needs to be replaced. After replacing the ignition plug, the dust-proof rubber cap must be tighte

2.4 如果点火塞正常预热；请检查打开加热器开关1 分钟以后，加热器排气口有无排气，将手放在排气管下方，应有明显的风吹出来，小心烫伤；

2.4 If the ignition plug is preheated normally, please check whether the heater exhaust outlet has exhaust after turning on the heater switch for 1 minute. Put your hand under the exhaust pipe, there should be obvious wind blowing out, and be careful of scalding.

2. 5 如果检测到无排气，则请单独给加热器主电机供24V 电压，主电机能运转，使用万用表电流档测量主电机启动电流<5A，，则判断为控制器故障，更换控制器；若检测到主电机启动电流≧5A，则判断为主电机故障，需更换主电机；

2.5 If no exhaust gas is detected, the main motor of the heater should be supplied with 24V voltage separately. The main motor can operate. 注：加热器开机自检程序，可以检出主电机的两种故障，一种是主电机自检电流大，开关指示灯会闪码10101，需更换主电机；另一种是加热器自检检测不到电机转动，开关指示灯会闪码11101，检查主电机接线是否插好，拔下插件直接供电测试主电机是否转动，如不转更换主电机，否则更换控制器；

Note: The self-checking program of heater can detect two kinds of faults of main motor. One is that the main motor has a large self-checking current, and the switch indicator light flashes 10101, so the main motor needs to be replaced; the other is that the heater self-checks can not detect the motor rotation, and the switch indicator light flashes 11101. Check whether the main motor wiring is plugged in well or not, and pull out the plug-in to directly supply power to test whether the main motor is rotating, such as not rotating. Replace the main motor, or replace the controller;

2.6 如果加热器排气管有正常排气，请检查电磁油泵是否喷油。此时如果燃油标号适合环境温度，燃油无结蜡，电磁油泵在脉冲动做的时候会有正常喷油（每次脉冲动作油泵出油口喷30cm 左右），则加热器进入正常燃烧状态，开关绿色指示灯亮起；

2.6 If the heater exhaust pipe has normal exhaust, please check whether the electromagnetic oil pump injects oil. At this time, if the fuel label is suitable for the ambient temperature, and the fuel has no wax deposit, the electromagnetic oil pump will inject oil normally when it is pulsed (about 30 cm at the outlet of each pulsed action oil pump), then the heater will enter the normal combustion state, and the switch green indicator light will be on.

2.7 如果电磁油泵没有脉冲动作，检查电磁油泵接插件是否有电压（约6-8V 变化的电压）；

2.7 If the electromagnetic oil pump has no pulse action, check whether the electromagnetic oil pump connector has a voltage (about 6-8V varying voltage);

2.8 如果电磁油泵插件上有电压，则检查控制器电磁油泵线是否有输出（测量电压），如果没有更换控制器，如果有则检查电磁油泵过渡线束，是否中间有折断不通现象。

2.8 If there is voltage on the plug-in of the electromagnetic oil pump, check whether the electromagnetic oil pump line of the controller has output (measuring voltage), if there is no replacement of the controller, if there is, check whether the transition wire harness of the electromagnetic oil pump is broken or not.

2.9 如果电磁油泵上有脉冲电压，电磁油泵不喷油或者喷油距离小，检查燃油是否结蜡；如结蜡，清理油箱、油管，更换燃油，必要时更换电磁油泵；

2.9 If there is a pulse voltage on the electromagnetic oil pump, the electromagnetic oil pump does not inject oil or the injection distance is small, check whether the fuel is waxed, such as waxing, cleaning the tank, tubing, replacing fuel, if necessary, replacing the electromagnetic oil pump;

2.10 若加热器燃烧时冒黑烟，请检查给加热器供电电压是否正常（18V-32V），加热器助燃空气进气和燃烧废气是否通畅。

2.10 If the heater emits black smoke during combustion, please check whether the power supply voltage to the heater is normal (18V-32V), whether the air intake and combustion exhaust of the heater are smooth.

2.11 若加热器点火时冒大白烟，排气口并伴有滴油情况，请清理加热器助燃小孔及燃烧室内腔。

2.11 If the heater emits large white smoke when igniting, and the exhaust outlet is accompanied by oil dripping, please clean the burning hole and combustion chamber cavity of the heater.

清理时机：应用环境较差（粉尘多）、油品差、易结蜡情况下拆机清理。

Cleaning time: When the application environment is poor (dusty), oil is poor, easy to wax removal and cleaning.

环境较好（路况好、无粉尘等）使用时，清理周期建议为1 个月。

When the environment is good (road condition is good, no dust, etc.), the cleaning period is recommended to be 1 month.

环境较差（路况差、粉尘多等）使用时，清理周期建议为15 天。

When used in poor environment (poor road condition, dust, etc.), the cleaning cycle is recommended to be 15 days.
