How to save energy for air electric heater
近几年来,随着电厂大机组脱硫工程的需要,空气电加热器的功率随之增加,有的高达400KW以上。电能消耗大,运行成本高,需从以下几个方面考虑,尽量降低能源。

The electricity consumption is high and the running cost is high. We need to consider the following aspects and reduce energy as much as possible.
一、合理设计空气电加热器风量和温升。
First, rationally design the air volume and temperature rise of the air electric heater.
空气电加热器的功率是根据风量和温升计算确定的,风量、温升已满足需要的前提下,不宜采用过大的风量、过大的温升,因过大的风量、温升,直接导致加热器的功率过大,增加能耗。过大的风量、温升是没有必要的。要综合考虑,合理设计,确定适当的参数。
The power of the air electric heater is determined according to the calculation of air volume and temperature rise. On the premise that the air volume and temperature rise have met the needs, it is not appropriate to adopt excessive air volume and temperature rise. 二、空气电加热器的表面,应加保温层

多数电厂(业主)在使用空气电加热器时,仅对电加热器出口的管道进行保温,而对电加热器本身的表面不作任何保温处理。对比数据表明,在电加热器表面上增加保温层可减少能耗5%~10%,长期运行,节省的能耗是非常可观的,电厂(业主)应在对管道加装保温层的同时,对空气电加热器加装保温层。

三、降低空气电加热器本身的压力损失

需要加热的空气,流经空气电加热器内部时,要产生压损。压损越大,风机的能耗也越大,应从空气电加热器本身的结构上进行改进、创新,使之产生的压力损失为最小。
