重油加热器是使重油、沥青高效燃烧的必备设备,重油燃料是冶金、建材、化工等工业窑炉的液体燃料。电加热器主要针对重油、重柴油等燃料油预热加温、能够有效地控制传热表面的功率复合,不仅可使燃料油获得稳定的、预期的物化油温,并且换热表面不结焦,这对于改善重油燃烧条件、提高热效率、促进节油节能,实现燃油工业窑炉自动控制提供了条件。(出口温度用户可调可控),并恒温控制、超温报警。重油和渣油在进入燃烧器之前应加热到120℃以上,沥青应加热到180℃左右才能获得较好的燃烧效果。通常对重油、渣油、沥青的加热分为二级加热,一级加热是在储油罐内将油品加热到70℃左右,同时完成脱水作业。二级加热是在经过油泵加压后进入燃烧器前将油品加热到预燃烧温度,以利用油品的物化燃烧。重油加热方式分为电热和蒸汽加热,对于有蒸汽气源的设备(如锅炉)适用于蒸汽加热,对于没有蒸汽气源的设备(如工业炉燃烧器)则适用于电加方式。

Heavy oil fuel is the liquid fuel of industrial kilns such as metallurgy, building materials and chemical industry. The electric heater mainly aims at preheating and heating heavy oil, heavy diesel oil and other fuel oil, which can effectively control the power combination of heat transfer surface. It can not only make fuel oil obtain stable and expected physicochemical oil temperature, but also heat transfer surface not coke. This provides conditions for improving heavy oil combustion conditions, improving thermal efficiency, promoting oil saving and energy saving, and realizing automatic control of oil-fired industrial kilns and furnaces. Heavy oil and residue should be heated to more than 120 C before entering the burner, and asphalt should be heated to about 180 C to achieve better combustion effect. Usually, the heating of heavy oil, residue and asphalt is divided into two stages. The first stage heating is to heat the oil to about 70 C in the storage tank and complete the dewatering operation at the same time. Secondary heating is to heat the oil to the pre-combustion temperature before entering the burner after pressure from the oil pump, so as to utilize the physicochemical combustion of the oil. Heavy oil heating can be divided into electric heating and steam heating. For equipment with steam source (such as boilers), it is suitable for steam heating. For equipment without steam source (such as industrial furnace burners), it is suitable for electric heating.
